How the Programs Works
Now, you can enjoy our Emergency roadside services and save your time and money while traveling by Kia cars. These services are provided to members across Saudi Arabia as follows.
1. FREE / Roadside Aid : In case of electrical power failure, our agency MID provides an emergency battery recharge service.
2. FREE / Flat Tire Changing: Wheel changing in the event of flat tire, if spare tire is available or to towing service center.
3. FREE / Emergency Fuel : In case of running out of gas, our agency MID provides sufficient amount of fuel to enable the vehicle to reach the nearest gas station.
4. FREE / Towing Service : To the nearest dealers’ service center, or to the dealer’s authorized service center ( one destination only), in case of complete breakdown.
5. FREE / Chauffeur Services : Moving the member to the destination where the vehicle is to be towed.
Abroad Services to Members :
Our agency MID provides towing services to its members in case of electrical power failure or mechanical breakdown, be it directly through its offices, or by reimbursing the service fees. Towing services are provided in Kuwait , Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria.
